• All orders valued over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
• We are able to ship to PO Boxes via Parcel Select and Priority Shipping only.
• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
• Shoporiane.com offers returns on all products shipped within the United States within 30 calendar days from when your order is placed. We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally.
• All returns will have a $7 fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping is complimentary only if you are exchanging your item for a different size or color.
• In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.

Where are the products made? All items are made in China at a family owned factory. The team committed to Oriane has been working together with the founder for over 15 years. All aspects of the supply chain and manufacturing are loyal to ethical practices.
